A snowy pass or a long drive from a mountain town shouldn't stand between you and your doctor. Sana Vida Wellness Center offers virtual-only primary care for people across Colorado: the Front Range, the Western Slope, mountain communities, and the Eastern Plains.

When the weather turns, your appointment doesn't

Video visits mean no cancelled appointments when I-70 closes and no hour-long drive for a refill. You just need a phone or computer and a connection.

Care we provide online

• Primary care: illnesses, check-ins, blood pressure, cholesterol, prescriptions
• Weight management: We prescribe compounded GLP-1 medications as well as commercially available GLP-1 products such as semaglutide and tirzepatide. For brand-name products, our team is experienced at helping with the insurance prior authorization process. Coverage depends on your plan.
• Thyroid: testing and treatment for underactive or overactive thyroid
• Hormones: hormone therapy for appropriate patients. Testosterone therapy is currently available to Texas residents only.

Simple monthly memberships

Direct Primary Care means one flat monthly fee for direct access to your provider:
- $40/month: children 0–19 (with a parent membership)
- $120/month: adults 20–44
- $150/month: adults 45–64
- $200/month: adults 65+
- $75/month per employee or family member: employer plans

There is no registration fee and no cancellation fee. Memberships have a 3-month minimum and a 7-month wait to rejoin after you cancel. Memberships are cash-based. Medications, labs, and imaging may be billed to insurance.

Colorado FAQ

I travel to the mountains a lot. Can I have a visit from there?
Yes, as long as you're in Colorado (or another state where we're licensed) and have a connection.

Where do I get labs?
At a LabCorp or Quest location near you.

Is there an in-person office in Colorado?
No. All Sana Vida care is virtual.

Do you see Medicare patients?
Yes, Medicare patients are welcome. Medicare doesn't cover the membership fee itself, but labs, imaging, and covered services can be billed to Medicare as appropriate. Call us with questions.
