Questions Arizonans ask
Do I need to be in Arizona during my visit?
Yes. You must be physically located in Arizona (or another state where we're licensed) at visit time.
Can I get care in summer without leaving the house?
That's the idea. Most visits happen from your home.
What about emergencies or heat illness?
Call 911. Virtual care isn't for emergencies.
Do you see Medicare patients?
Yes, Medicare patients are welcome. Medicare doesn't cover the membership fee itself, but labs, imaging, and covered services can be billed to Medicare as appropriate. Call us with questions.
