Services

Primary care. Sick visits, ongoing conditions, preventive guidance, and refills.

Weight loss with GLP-1 medicines. We prescribe compounded GLP-1 medications as well as commercially available GLP-1 products such as semaglutide and tirzepatide. For brand-name products, our team is experienced at helping with the insurance prior authorization process. Coverage depends on your plan.

Thyroid. Evaluation and ongoing management.

Hormone therapy. See hormone replacement therapy. Testosterone therapy is currently available to Texas residents only.

Membership options

• $40/month: children 0–19 (with a parent membership)
• $120/month: adults 20–44
• $150/month: adults 45–64
• $200/month: adults 65+
• $75/month per employee or family member: employer plans

There is no registration fee and no cancellation fee. Memberships have a 3-month minimum and a 7-month wait to rejoin after you cancel. Memberships are cash-based. Medications, labs, and imaging may be billed to insurance.

Employers in Virginia can cover staff at $75 per employee or family member each month, which is a simple benefit for small businesses.

Must I be in Virginia during my visit?
Yes. You need to be physically located in Virginia (or another state where we're licensed).

Can you be my main primary care provider?
Yes. Many members use Sana Vida as their regular provider.

What if I need urgent help?
For emergencies, call 911 or go to the nearest ER.

Do you see Medicare patients?
Yes, Medicare patients are welcome. Medicare doesn't cover the membership fee itself, but labs, imaging, and covered services can be billed to Medicare as appropriate. Call us with questions.
